In order to improve the usability of the app, Nineteen Notes conducts access analysis anonymously and with the utmost care so that no individual can be identified. For example, when an app crashes, we can anonymously send you the part of the app that crashed so that we can quickly fix the bug.
We also analyze the usage rate of devices and app versions, as well as the usage rate of specific features, to help us improve our apps. (For example, prioritizing improvements to features that are used more.)
